Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hannoush Jewelers – Hadley. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Custom-made, special-order, or engraved items may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be communicated prior to shipment.


Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to international addresses at this time.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship orders using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Hannoush Jewelers – Hadley.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Free or promotional shipping may be offered during limited-time promotions and will be clearly disclosed at checkout.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.


Signature Confirmation & Insurance

  • Orders containing high-value items may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

  • All shipments are insured while in transit.


Shipping Address Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Hannoush Jewelers – Hadley is not responsible for packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation so we can assist with a carrier claim or insurance process.

  • Claims reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.


In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)

  • In-store pickup may be available for select items.

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required at pickup.


Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

  • Custom or special-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
