Thank you for shopping with Hannoush Jewelers – Hadley. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Custom-made, special-order, or engraved items may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be communicated prior to shipment.
Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship orders using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Hannoush Jewelers – Hadley.
Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, destination, and selected shipping method.

Free or promotional shipping may be offered during limited-time promotions and will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.
Signature Confirmation & Insurance

Orders containing high-value items may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

All shipments are insured while in transit.
Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Hannoush Jewelers – Hadley is not responsible for packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation so we can assist with a carrier claim or insurance process.

Claims reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)

In-store pickup may be available for select items.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

A valid government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required at pickup.
Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Custom or special-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
