History of " Movado "

Movado was founded in 1881 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, by Achille Ditesheim. In 1905, the company adopted the name "Movado," which translates to "always in motion" in Esperanto. They are known for their innovative designs, including the "Polyplan" watch with a curved case, created in 1912.
